• Device & technical data: IP address, device type, browser or app version, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic or performance data.
• Support & communications: messages you send us via forms or email.
• Payment data: if you purchase a subscription, payment information is processed by our payment providers; we typically receive limited billing metadata, not full card numbers.
